LINKS TO MODEL RAILROAD RELATED ORGANIZATIONS
N.M.R.A. National Model Railroad Association. Recent developments include modular standards and standards for D.C.C. (Digital Command Control.)
Philadelphia Division of the NMRA This is our local division of the National Model Railroad Association. While the national and regional organizations are important, the local division is where people meet each other more regularly, fostering personal relationships and learning from each other how to build better models. Half a dozen meetings each year bring together modelers from throughout the area to see presentations on modeling techniques, participate in contests, and visit selected individuals' model railroads.
